SPEED LIMITS

2.01 Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to establish the speed limit of roads under the Town’s jurisdiction.

2.02 Authority. The ordinance codified in this chapter is adopted as authorized by Wis. Stat. chs. 346 and 349 (1999-2000).

2.03 Speed Limit. All roads in the Town of Wilson shall have a speed limit of 25 miles per hour unless otherwise posted.

Effective Date. The herein Ordinance shall take effect upon enactment and publication.
