CHAPTER 23
SALE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS

23.01 Purpose. The Town of Wilson elects to license cigarette and tobacco products retailers in accordance with the provisions of sec. 134.65, Stats.

23.02 Fee. The annual license fee for a cigarette and tobacco products retailer license shall be Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00).

23.03 Penalty for Violation. Any person violating this chapter shall be fined not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($$25.00), nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)."

Section 2. Effective Date. The herein Ordinance shall take effect upon enactment and publication.
