CHAPTER 24

24.01 Purpose. The Town of Wilson elects to license soda water retailers in accordance with the provisions of sec. 66.053(2), Stats.

24.02 Fee. The annual license fee for a soda water beverage retailer license shall be Ten Dollars ($10.00).

24.03 Penalty for Violation. Any person violating this chapter shall be fined not less thatn Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)."

Section 2. Effective Date. The herein Ordinance shall take effect upon enactment and publication.
