CHAPTER 60

60.01 Disorderly Conduct. No person shall in a public or private place engage in violent, abusive, profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud, or otherwise disorderly conduct under circumstances in which such conduct tends to cause or provoke a disturbance.

60.02 Riots and Breaches of Peace. No person shall make or assist in making any disturbance which causes or attempts to cause a riot or breach of peace anywhere within the Town of Wilson.

60.03 Penalty. Any person found guilty of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall for each offense be punished by a forfeiture of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and not more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), and in default of payment thereof imprisonment not to exceed Twenty (20) days for each such violation.

Effective Date. The herein Ordinance shall take effect upon enactment and publication.
